Ian and Camilo originally met as they coordinated the sale of two story penthouse, the biggest under construction at the time in Medellin (Circa 2020) in the Quartier building in Medellin. They both share a common vision and believe that you need to get out of your comfort zone and seek out new places to live below the 49th parallel. They have a passion to help nomads, retirees and location independent people find their dream property in the southern sunbelt of Europe, South East Asia, and Central and South America. Together they are focused on finding the best properties in exotic locals.
