Cádiz Spain is on the list in 2025!

Cádiz, Spain, has been on my radar ever since I visited the country in 2023, but it’s one of the places I didn’t get to—yet. This historic coastal gem offers an irresistible blend of history, culture, and seaside beauty, making it a perfect place to live or spend a season in 2025. As one of Europe’s oldest cities, Cádiz enchants with its cobblestone streets, whitewashed buildings, and lively plazas. The mild Mediterranean climate provides over 300 days of sunshine annually, with warm summers and pleasant winters, ideal for enjoying the golden beaches, vibrant festivals like Carnival, and the incredible seafood tapas scene. For outdoor enthusiasts, the scenic coastline and nearby natural parks offer endless adventures, while history buffs can explore ancient ruins and rich maritime heritage. With a slower pace of life, warm locals, and a more affordable cost of living than other Spanish coastal cities, Cádiz is a destination I can’t wait to experience for myself, perhaps sooner (2025) than later.
